Hackers are flipping Google's parental controls against parents, locking entire families out of their accounts

Privacy Guides flagged a Google Family Link exploit on May 29: once an attacker has your Google password, they change your account's birth year to under 13, link you to a "parent" account they control, and lock you out of your own email, photos, and files. The same trick hands them real-time location tracking, screen-time control, and the ability to intercept your password-reset emails. Google reportedly knows and hasn't patched it, and bypass walkthroughs are climbing on YouTube and Reddit this week.
